Tea Extraction Tank

Tea Extraction Tank be designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard(GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard(NB/T 47003.1-2009) , strictly meet to GMP certificate requirements.

Tea Extraction Tank usually uses vertical circular tank body, the top is an open structure, the bottom is standard conical head,inner wall of tank adopts circular arc transition, no dead corner, easy to clean; tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer, tank inner wall are mirror polished, meet the sanitary standard.

Tank Optional Configuration

Tea Extraction Tank optional Configuration: thermometer (digital or mechanical type), sight glasses, in-outlet connector, or configured according to customers' requirements.

? Suitable for the extraction of tea, Chinese herbal medicine and other plants.

Feature
? There are 1000L,2000L,3000L varietys of specifications, it can be designed, customized according to the customers' requirements.
? Connector use tri-clmap, inner tank and basket use SS304 or SS316L, the inner surface mirror polishing Ra≤0.28μm～0.6μm, outer surface can be polishing, wiredrawing ,sandblasting according to customer's requirement.
